An office utility that automatically sends text from a PDF, from the content of each page, via email.

PDF Distributor is a complete office tool that's very professional and which separates, automatically, multiple text pages from a PDF and distributes them via email based on the content of each one. It is a tool to speed up the process of distributing reports, without needing to print them and send them via email manually.

To be able to create PDFs from the pages to be processed, you only need a standard version of Adobe Acrobat or a program like PDF Creator. Once the PDF is created with all the text, PDF Distributor will divide and separate it using the first word that appears on the first page in the document,

Once separated, PDF Distributor reads the specific area of the document to know where to send it, and also the name of the person or department. Once all the data are saved, the document is automatically sent to the corresponding destination in XLS or CSV format.
